Application for Assignment to Housing (Active Duty Only)
Complete your advanced application for housing today, and receive $100 off your first month's rent (for Military Only). You can print, fill it out, scan, and email it to us or print it out and fax it back to us. Our email address is offutt@afpmanagement.com and our fax number is (402) 502-4557. Make sure you’ve signed Line 22 and filled it out as completely as you can. Section II, Number 14 asks for the following dates: a) the date you put on your current rank b) the date you joined the military c) how many months/years you have remaining for active duty d) the date you will be leaving/left your last/current base e) the date you will be reporting to Offutt f) the date you and your family will arrive at Offutt.
