Rising View is a well-established community with an overall goal to accommodate and serve our residents. We have many different rental home floor plans to choose from. Our neighborhoods consist of mature trees, parks and peaceful streets which are monitored daily by Security Forces. Rising View is close to Offutt, the Stratcom Gate, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and more!

Referrals: Refer a friend to Rising View and YOU could be rewarded with a Resident Referral bonus! Remember you must tell the incoming resident to mention your name the first time communicating with the Rising View Relocation Specialists! Thank you for your referrals!
Preventative Maintenance: If your home has a basement please double-check that your window wells are not missing a cover or have a broken cover on them. Also, remember to change your air filters regularly. Both window well covers and air filters are provided free of charge through our Maintenance Self-Help Store. These are both items that are extremely important to remember for preventative maintenance!
Leaving Home: Going out of town and live at Rising View? Will you be gone for more than 5 days? Before you leave to go on deployment, TDY, leave or vacation, you must go into the Rising View Maintenance Office located at 3116 Lockbourne Drive and tell them you are leaving. They will ask you to fill out a While You Are Away form. The form will remind you not to turn the heat off while you are away. You will need to provide them a POC name and phone number of the person who will be handling the snow removal and mowing while you are away. You will then have three choices.
Trash/Debris: Keep your home and yard tidy by removing old/unused newspapers, picking up pet waste, and picking up any trash/debris.
Storage: Storage sheds are welcome to be placed in your back yard area (contact Maintenance Office for specifications if you’re interested in obtaining one). As a reminder, storage shed doors as well as garage doors must remain closed when not in use.
Residents, We Need Your Help! The next time you have maintenance at your home for a service request, please take the extra minute (if you can) to fill out the survey on the bottom of the service ticket when the work is complete. The feedback is truly appreciated and, when we look through the surveys, we may even reward people randomly to show our thanks!
Alterations Reminder! If you would like to alter the interior or exterior of your home you need to request the change and we will let you know if the alteration is approved or not. The request needs to be in writing or emailed to Rising View. You can email us by going to the contact us page on our website. Thank you for caring for your home!
