Preventative Maintenance: If your home has a basement please double-check that your window wells are not missing a cover or have a broken cover on them. Also, remember to change your air filters regularly. Both window well covers and air filters are provided free of charge through our Maintenance Self-Help Store. These are both items that are extremely important to remember for preventative maintenance!
Leaving Home: Notify our Maintenance Office if you will be away from your home for 3 or more days (to prevent frozen pipes and other potential damages caused by cold weather).
Keep your home and yard tidy by removing old/unused newspapers, picking up pet waste, and picking up any trash/debris.
Storage: Storage sheds are welcome to be placed in your back yard area (contact Maintenance Office for specifications if you’re interested in obtaining one). As a reminder, storage shed doors as well as garage doors must remain closed when not in use.
Residents, We Need Your Help! The next time you have maintenance at your home for a service request, please take the extra minute (if you can) to fill out the survey on the bottom of the service ticket when the work is complete. The feedback is truly appreciated and, when we look through the surveys, we may even reward people randomly to show our thanks!
Alterations Reminder! We know that with the holiday season fast approaching, residents are thinking of all kinds of interior/exterior alterations they'd like done. Remember, alterations just need to be requested and we will let you know whether or not they are approved. You can do requests through our website by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link and 'Maintenance Service Request'. We want it to feel like more than just a house you're renting, we want it to be your home!
