They will ask you to fill out a While You Are Away form. The form will remind you not to turn the heat off while you are away. Residents, We Need Your Help! The next time you have maintenance at your home for a service request, please take the extra minute (if you can) to fill out the survey on the bottom of the service ticket when the work is complete. The feedback is truly appreciated and, when we look through the surveys, we may even reward people randomly to show our thanks!
