The housing privatization Management Review Committee (MRC) exists to report on and resolve issues relative to housing privatization at Offutt AFB. The MRC is intended to be an informal meeting of project stakeholders to openly discuss and resolve privatization project performance issues. Chaired by the Wing Commander (55 WG/CC), the committee consists of several base organizations as well as representatives from Rising View.
An important part of the MRC is the participation of "Tenant Representatives" to provide a voice for the most important stakeholder in the privatization process…the military families. The following Tenant Representatives have been selected for 2007 (term of the position is one year):
