Fireworks are not allowed on Rising View property. If you would like
to report a violation, please contact Security Forces.
Hruska Construction
The flat work for the new homes along Hruska has begun. Until now, Hruska has
been left open as Hearthstone worked on the south side. Next week, work will
begin to connect the units to the water system and to the sewer. This work
will be on both sides of Hruska. Auto traffic and pedestrians passing by is
not advised during this time. For this reason, we plan to close the street
from June 30 until July 18.
When framing of the homes begins, we will need to close the street again. We
anticipate that period of time to be August 18 through September 19.
Tornado Information
In light of the
recent weather patterns, it is imperative that you are familiar with
the tornado notification system and know what actions to take when

Appliance Removal
Appliance Removal in the Community: If you have an old dishwasher,
washing machine or dryer that you need to get rid of please contact
the Base Recycling Office @ 670-0152. The Recycling Office is open
Monday – Friday from 8 am – Noon and 1:00 – 3:30

Yard Work
Hurray!!!! June is here; time to take care of some yard work. The
new homes in Coffman Heights will have the yards graded and sod installed
in the front, side, and part of the back yard. The remainder of the
back
yard will
be seeded. Residents must water the sod and seeded areas. Hopefully
all of the yards will be completed by the end of June.
A New Look & Name
“Rising View a great place
to call home”. America First Communities continues to own and
manage the property; but to create a sense of community around the
Bellevue/Offutt
Community we’ve changed our name to RISING VIEW.
Pet Park
Residents now have a place for their pets to get plenty of exercise. A fenced
in area is available just off of Capehart Road east of the tennis courts.
Pet Reminder
Residents are responsible for the care and clean up after pets daily.
Don’t forget a Pet Park is available for your pets. A fenced

Maintenance Tips
Did you know Rising View has around the clock maintenance service? There are three types
of service requests.
Routine – failure in services that do not pose
a threat (72 hrs to respond/Complete within 10 days)
Urgent - failure in services that do not immediately
endanger human life or threaten severe damage to property (24 hrs
to respond/72 hrs to complete)
Emergency – failure in services or facilities
that endanger human life or pose a threat of serious damage to property
(1 hr to respond/repairs will be completed ASAP and at least within
24 hrs)

The Rising View Leasing Office Hours will Change starting
November 3rd.
Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday – 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
