Dora
Stuch - Dora is the Director of Property Management for Rising View at Offutt. Dora is responsible for coordinating
all community management and daily operations. Dora has 19 years experience
in property
management and has extensive background in leadership. She currently
serves as the chairman for the Welcome Committee with the Apartment Association
of Greater Omaha and Lincoln area. Dora is a Certified Defense Privatization
Manager (CDPM) – Level 2.
Kelly Hunter - Kelly is the Assistant Director of Property Management for
Rising View at Offutt. Kelly will assist with the day to day
operations under leadership of the Property Director. Kelly brings to Rising View,
17 years of Property Management, and 3 years of Management in Hotel Service.
She has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She carries the Accredited
Residential Manager (ARM) designation. Kelly has also successfully completed
her Nebraska Real Estate license course.
Thomas
Riggs – Tom is the On-Site Project Manager for Rising View. Tom is responsible for managing and coordinating all of the
parties and activities involved during the renovation and construction
execution. Tom retired as a Lt. Colonel from the United States Air Force
after 20 years of service and since his military retirement, Tom has been
involved in matters of design and construction of six new facilities and
seven facility renovations-work valued at over $285 million.
Shawnta'
Chavis – Shawnta'
is the Office Manager of Property Management for Rising View at Offutt.
Shawnta' is responsible for the day-to-day operations
including delinquencies, billing, insurance, and payroll. She also
performs all duties and responsibilities regarding Human Resources.
As a great multi-tasker
she has a part in resolving maintenance issues on the property. Shawnta'
brings with her over nine years of management experience. She started
her career in 1999 with the Offutt AFB Housing Maintenance team. Shawnta'
is
also a retired USAF military spouse with over 20 years of service.
Chuck
Ketchum – Chuck is the Maintenance Manager and has over
10 years experience in property management. He also has past experience
in maintenance support for residential and commercial properties. Chuck
was active duty for the Air Force for 10 years working at Offutt in the
Communications Group as a Sergeant.
Chuck Schlussel – Chuck is the Oversight Manager for Rising View at
Offutt. Chuck assists military members with their pre and final inspections
as they leave Offutt housing on the way to their next assignments or career
changes. He also works with residents to help keep the Rising View neighborhoods
and community looking its best. Chuck has previous experience as an apartment
manager and came on board with the Rising View team in August of 2005.
Many of you also know him as “Chef Charles” and have experienced
his culinary wizardry through cooking demonstrations or by visiting the Chef
Charles link on the Rising View website.
